Browse through our online catalog by clicking the Categories in the navigation bar on the left.
Click on a picture or "Order" and you will be transferred to a page with more information about the product, a larger picture, and a box where you can put in the amount you would like to order.
Type in amount you would like to order in New Qty. box (Select options if required)
Click on Update Cart. This will transfer you to a chart with your shopping cart information.
When you are finished shopping, click on "Check Out"
If you are a new customer, you will need to fill in your name, address, etc., and select a password. This creates an account with CanvasToClay.com which entitles you to discounts, contests, etc., and stores your address for future orders.
If you are an existing customer, simply fill in your email address and password.
On the next page, you will be asked to enter Shipping Destination. Fill in a different address only if you want your items shipped to you at a different location, or you have purchased a gift which you wish to have shipped directly to the recipient.
If you have received a discount code or a Gift Certificate, enter the code or Certificate # in the appropriate box on the following page. Be sure to click on the "Apply" button before proceeding. This is also the page where you may elect to have your item gift-wrapped. The cost for this option is $3.95.
Enter your VISA or Master Card number and expiration date. (Keep in mind that all your credit card information is sent through the AuthorizeNet network in encrypted form so that it cannot be seen by us or any unauthorized person) If you have other comments for us, please enter them in the comments box.
Congratulations! You are done. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, or on Monday following a weekend order.

Though we try to keep our shipping charges reasonable and fair, all carriers have significantly increased their fees for expedited delivery services in recent years. If you would like Second Day ($12.95 additional) or Overnight ($26.95 additional) expedited shipping, we will send your order at that rate if the package is small and lightweight. For larger packages, you will be contacted for possible extra fees before shipping.
If you are looking for a product made by a certain artist, a special product (i.e., Yixing teapot), or a product that is not displayed during the current season (i.e., a Santa in the month of June), simply enter a word or phrase in the FAST FIND Box at the top of every page, and click on the GO button. Our Search Index will find the appropriate product(s) for you and take you to a page displaying all items that match your search criteria.
